El abigeato y su trascendencia jurídica en la Circunscripción Judicial de Misiones

Resumen

Este trabajo aborda el hecho punible de abigeato y su trascendencia jurídica en la Circunscripción Judicial de Misiones en el año 2021. Tal abordaje se justifica en que se observa que en nuestra actualidad el hecho punible de abigeato sigue con trascendencia jurídica en la Circunscripción de Misiones, ya que, hoy en día la delincuencia común aún no ha dejado de cometer dicho delito, más aún por considerarse una zona ganadera de gran envergadura. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la trascendencia jurídica del hecho punible de abigeato en la Circunscripción Judicial de Misiones en el año 2022. Este propósito fue conseguido a través de la revisión bibliográfica e investigación de campo teniendo como sujetos de estudio a 327 casos y, por consiguiente, se encuentran involucrados en el seguimiento de los casos 8 Agentes Fiscales, 3 Jueces y 20 policías. El análisis demostró que en la zona de estudio la comisión del hecho punible estudiado cuenta con gran relevancia por la frecuencia del delito.

Beef cattle rustling and its legal significance in the Judicial District of Misiones

ABSTRACT

This paper addresses the punishable act of cattle rustling and its legal transcendence in the Judicial District of Misiones in the year 2021. This approach is justified by the fact that at present the punishable act of cattle rustling continues to have legal significance in the Misiones District, since nowadays common crime has not stopped committing this crime, especially since it is considered a large-scale cattle-raising area. The objective of this study is to analyze the legal transcendence of the punishable act of cattle rustling in the Judicial District of Misiones in the year 2022. This purpose was achieved through bibliographic review and field research with 327 cases as subjects of study and, consequently, 8 Prosecutors, 3 Judges and 20 police officers were involved in the follow-up of the cases. The analysis showed that in the study area the commission of the punishable act studied is highly relevant due to the frequency of the crime.
